Booking Appointments
- All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session are free of charge.
- Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the session will incur a 50% booking fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged the full booking fee.
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is free if done more than 24 hours before the session.
- Rescheduling within 24 hours of the session will incur a 25% booking fee.
Refunds
- Refunds are available for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session.
- Refunds are not available after the session has taken place.
